Their selection methods varies for every project and the kind of project which I worked was basically transcription (I cannot provide more info as their projects are highly confidential). I reside in Tamilnadu and was made to transcribe in Tamil language. As I said the selection method for this project consisted of spelling test which could be found in our dash board under my qualification.You are required to score high to get selected but don't worry you would be given two or three chances depending on your project.
